1. Eligibility Criteria

a) Qualification

• Minimum requirement: Matric with Science (Physics & Mathematics) with at least 2nd Division.
• Additional preference will be given to candidates with FSc (Physics & Mathematics).

b) Age Limit

• Applicants must be between 17 to 21 years as of March 20, 2025.

c) Training Duration

• The training program will last for 09 months.

2. Stipend During Training

Selected trainees will receive a monthly stipend based on the following structure:

• First Semester (4 Months): Rs. 12,184 per month
• Second Semester (5 Months): Rs. 15,230 per month

3. Terms & Conditions

a) Affidavit Requirement

• After selection, trainees must submit an affidavit on a stamp paper worth Rs. 100, signed by their surety, confirming their commitment to complete the training.

b) Employment Opportunity

• Employment will be offered based on WIL’s requirements after the successful completion of training. However, it is not guaranteed for all trainees.

c) Bond Deed Requirement

• Selected trainees must serve in WIL for at least six years after training.
• If a trainee leaves before completing the required service period, they will need to refund the total training expenses, including Rs. 50,000.

4. Accommodation Facility

• Hostel accommodation will be provided upon request, subject to availability, on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Application Submission Process

a) Online Submission

c) Selection Process

• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted via SMS for an aptitude test and interview.

d) Test & Interview Details

• The test/interview will be conducted at Wah Cantt.
• The list of shortlisted candidates will also be published on the WIL website.

e) No TA/DA Policy

• No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for attending the test/interview.
